What is Psychometrics?
Psychometrics is all about measuring a person’s psychological attributes and Psychometrix uses three types of instrument:
- McQuaig Systems, gives us temperament, that part of our personality that is shaped by nature
- Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, gives use an individuals thinking style, how dominant different parts of the brain are, the nurture side of ourselves
